The best way for making prototype is laser cutting because the model has contour shape. So, I drawing in cad with specific measurement for cutting. I made movement part can be assembled with furrow.
I use the two gear part for making proper rotation angle because the servo has limitation (180 degree). And I made the structure part for sustaining the weight when rise the contour parts.
